Logosym is a digital platform. We do not ship physical products.

Digital Fulfillment

After successful payment, the purchased service may be fulfilled by:

• Activating features in your account
• Adding credits or generation allowance
• Unlocking a plan
• Unlocking export functionality
• Providing downloadable creative files
• Providing access to a saved project workspace

Delivery Time

Digital access is normally available immediately or within a few minutes after successful payment authorization.

Occasional delays can occur due to:

• Payment verification
• Fraud screening
• Payment-provider delays
• Account matching
• Technical incidents
• Maintenance

Email Confirmation

A transaction confirmation or service notification may be sent to the email address provided during registration or checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.

If you do not receive an expected email:

• Check spam or junk folders
• Log in directly to Logosym
• Confirm that your payment succeeded
• Contact support if access is missing

Downloadable Files

Where the service generates downloadable assets, customers should download and safely store important files. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Logosym should not be treated as permanent cloud backup.

No Physical Shipping

Because Logosym provides digital services:

• No parcel is shipped
• No postal carrier is used
• No physical tracking number is provided
• No physical shipping fee applies
• Physical import duties do not apply

If payment succeeded but the purchased access was not activated, contact [email protected]. Provide your account email and transaction/order reference.
