Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email, billing details, account information, order and transaction identifiers, generation prompts and preferences, generated design records, downloads, support messages, marketing choices, and technical information such as IP address, device, browser, cookies, pages viewed, and security events.

How we use information

We use personal data to provide accounts and the logo service; process, verify, fulfil, and refund purchases; deliver credits and files; respond to support; prevent fraud and protect security; keep legal and accounting records; improve the service; and send marketing only with consent or where otherwise permitted.

Payment information

WooCommerce and the payment provider selected at checkout handle payment processing. We generally receive transaction status and identifiers, not complete card numbers or PayPal credentials. Their own privacy terms also apply to their processing.

AI generation

When you request a logo, the brand name, industry, style, palette, and optional tagline are sent securely to OpenAI to generate the image. Do not include confidential personal information in a brand brief. OpenAI processes this information under its applicable business and API terms and data controls.

File storage

Generated logo files are stored in a private Amazon S3 bucket. Files are not public; the website creates short-lived signed links after verifying the requesting account. Amazon Web Services processes storage and technical metadata under its applicable service and privacy terms.

Sharing and processors

We share data only as reasonably needed with hosting, ecommerce, payment, fraud-prevention, email, customer-support, analytics, storage, professional-adviser, and infrastructure providers, and with authorities where law requires. We may disclose information in a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies for accounts, carts, checkout, security, and preferences. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, non-essential cookies should be activated only after consent where the law requires it. Available choices can be managed through the cookie controls and browser settings.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
