These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://logosym.com/, including our website, user accounts, AI-assisted branding tools, naming tools, creative-generation tools, brand workspaces, downloadable outputs, paid plans and related digital services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, submitting content, generating an output, downloading a file or otherwise using Logosym, you agree to these Terms and our other published policies.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use Logosym on behalf of a business, company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What Logosym Provides

Logosym is a digital creative platform designed to assist users with brand development and visual direction. The amount and currency shown immediately before payment are the amount and currency applicable to that transaction. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not retroactively alter a transaction already accepted.

8. One-Time and Recurring Payments

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms when necessary because of legal, technical or operational changes. The latest version will be published with an updated effective date.
