• Facilitate scams
• Infringe trademarks
• Infringe copyright
• Misappropriate another person's identity
• Mislead customers about business ownership
• Generate fraudulent official documents
• Promote unlawful goods or services
• Distribute malware
• Attack or disrupt online systems

Account Abuse

You must not:

• Share accounts to bypass limits
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• Sell account access without authorization
• Circumvent credits or quotas
• Exploit technical errors
• Access another user's projects

Payment Abuse

You must not:

• Use stolen cards
• Use unauthorized payment methods
• Test payment credentials
• File fraudulent disputes
• Abuse refunds
• Misrepresent legitimate transactions as unauthorized

Security

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Probe vulnerabilities without permission
• Bypass authentication
• Introduce malicious code
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited
• Scrape the service in a disruptive manner

Automated Access

Bots, scripts, automated generation systems or API-like access may not be used unless expressly supported or authorized by Logosym.

Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

• Restrict access
• Suspend accounts
• Remove content
• Reject generations
• Cancel fraudulent transactions
• Preserve relevant evidence
• Report unlawful conduct where legally required

Enforcement will be subject to applicable law.
