Cancellation and Order Modification Policy

One-Time Purchases
If a purchase is sold as a one-time payment, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. You may request a refund according to our Refund Policy.
Recurring Plans
If Logosym offers recurring subscriptions, the billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase. You may cancel future recurring billing through the account controls provided or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Accidental Purchases
Contact us promptly if you purchased the wrong plan. Where technically possible, we may:
- Cancel the purchase
- Change the plan
- Apply the payment toward another plan
- Refund the transaction under the Refund Policy
Upgrades
Plan upgrades may take effect immediately. Where an upgrade requires additional payment, the amount will be disclosed before it is charged.
Downgrades
For recurring plans, a downgrade may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Due to Policy Violations
If access is terminated because of serious fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct, refund eligibility will be determined under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
