You retain rights you already hold in content you submit to Logosym and represent that you have permission to use it.

License to process your content

You give Logosym and necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to store, transmit, resize, analyze, generate from, display, and export your content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.

Generated content

Your right to use generated content depends on applicable law, your pack, third-party rights, these Terms, and any licensing terms displayed with a resource. Generated content is not guaranteed to be exclusive, registrable, or free of third-party rights.

Logosym materials

The platform, software, interface, website design, documentation, original text, branding, templates, and proprietary technology are owned by Logosym. A purchase grants access to the service, not ownership of the platform.

Infringement complaints

If you believe content available through Logosym violates your intellectual-property rights, email [email protected] with your full name, contact information, a description of the protected work, identification of the disputed content, evidence of your rights, and a good-faith explanation. We may request additional verification.

Review and repeat abuse

We may remove or restrict disputed material, preserve relevant records, contact an affected customer, or request more information. Accounts repeatedly or deliberately used to infringe rights may be suspended or terminated.
