By creating an account, purchasing a plan, submitting content, generating an output, downloading a file or otherwise using Logosym, you agree to these Terms and our other published policies.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
If you use Logosym on behalf of a business, company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. What Logosym Provides
Logosym is a digital creative platform designed to assist users with brand development and visual direction.
Depending on the features and plan available, the service may assist with:
- Brand-name exploration
- Creative positioning
- Visual direction
- Logo concepts
- Color palettes
- Typography direction
- Brand-system concepts
- Creative variations
- Brand assets
- Downloadable design files
- Saved brand projects
- Other AI-assisted branding functionality
Logosym is a creative tool. It is not a branding agency, trademark attorney, law firm or intellectual-property registration service.
3. AI-Generated Content
Some Logosym features use artificial intelligence or automated systems.
AI-generated material may:
- Contain errors
- Resemble existing material
- Be incomplete
- Be unsuitable for a particular commercial purpose
- Produce similar results for different users
- Contain names or concepts that are already used by third parties
You must independently review generated content before using it commercially.
4. No Trademark Clearance
A name, logo, visual concept or other output generated through Logosym is not automatically available for trademark registration or commercial use.
Logosym does not guarantee that an output:
- Is unique
- Is legally protectable
- Is available as a trademark
- Is available as a company name
- Is available as a domain name
- Is available as a social-media username
- Does not conflict with another person’s rights
Before adopting a brand commercially, customers should perform appropriate trademark, company-name, domain and legal checks. Where appropriate, consult a qualified intellectual-property professional.

You may not sell, transfer or share an account for the purpose of bypassing usage restrictions.
6. Free and Paid Access
Logosym may offer free and paid access levels.
The features, limits, credits, export rights, project allowances and other benefits associated with each plan are shown on the pricing page or checkout before purchase. Plan features may differ.
7. Pricing
Current prices are displayed on https://logosym.com/. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, prices are stated in USD (United States Dollars).
The amount and currency shown immediately before payment are the amount and currency applicable to that transaction. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not retroactively alter a transaction already accepted.
8. One-Time and Recurring Payments
Logosym will clearly disclose whether a purchase is:
- A one-time payment
- A recurring monthly plan
- A recurring annual plan
- A credit or usage purchase
- Another billing arrangement
No customer will be enrolled in recurring billing unless the recurring price and frequency are clearly disclosed before payment and authorized by the customer. Logosym currently sells one-time credit packs; these do not renew automatically.
